Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial and administration management, previous experience in managing relations with projects ‘
Education: Master’s degree in Finance or Business administration, Knowledge of local accounting practices

Skills: Strong financial management skills, Fluent English with excellent writing and verbal communication skills, Excellent Excel skills, Strong organizational and leadership skills. At ease in working in a small structure, startup type, where tasks and responsibilities are in constant move. High level of autonomy at work, yet with profound team spirit, Adaptive, Patient, resilient and flexible, proactive and solutions oriented, Ability to work under time pressure

Summary of Purpose of Position
This position is responsible for ensuring that RCT operates at the leading edge of operational efficiency and service quality whilst supporting the Executive Director to deliver strategic plan and operational priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
Financial Management; Payroll Management; Office & Administration Management
Working closely with the Executive Director, the role has significant input into the human resources, infrastructure, risk management & compliance, Developing, documenting and implementation of quality systems and processes.
Reporting Relationships
The Finance & Administration Manager is responsible to the Executive Director, will also work with the external, auditors as required. The position works with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

Detailed Role Description
Budgets and Management Reporting
Preparation of management reports, Provide management reporting to Executive Director and RCT Finance and Audit Committee, prepare cash flow management processes to record & reconcile expenses against income and provide regular management reporting, Process accounts payables, obtain payment authorities, &–prepare, record and maintain all payments records, conduct regular reconciliations of all bank accounts and Maintain the Asset Register
Payroll Management
Prepare staff payroll, obtain approval and process to bank, Process leave records & accruals,- Support all other employer payroll related requirements.
Office & Administrative Management Role
Be accountable for and manage the reception & front office functions, the physical infrastructure for the operations e.g. premises, equipment and assets, the administrative function e.g. records management, inwards & outwards mail,
Strategic Plan
Work with the Executive Director and other staff to ensure systems and information collection can contribute to management reporting and reporting against Performance indicators in the Strategic Plan, participate in preparation of budgets and reviewing progress against budget.
Human Resource Management
Work with the Executive Director to contribute to Human Resource Management Issues including recruitment, induction, and development, job descriptions, conditions of employment, and HR Recod Keeping
Risk Management
Work with the Executive Director to assess, arrange & review all insurance cover, Process claims &. maintain appropriate records.
Compliance Management
Work with the Executive Director to ensure compliance with sector requirements, Support annual audits & returns.
