Qualifications
• Bachelor degree/Advanced Diploma in Marketing/Agriculture.
• Masters / Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing / Business Administrations/ Corporate Management /Agriculture from recognized institution will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate.

Experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior managerial position, 4 of which must be in tobacco industry.
• Must have marketing experience.
• Experience in cooperative industry will be an added advantage.

Duties and responsibilities
• Head of operations and marketing Department.
• To prepare regular reports on tobacco classification and purchases during marketing season.
• To participate in negotiation meetings for tobacco production inputs and tobacco grade prices.
• To assist in the preparation of corporate strategic plans and action plans
• To provide advice to farmers on good agricultural practices.
• To collect, compile and analyze tobacco production and marketing data.
• To find market of tobacco and other products of the company.
• To create awareness among members on quality issues.
• Any duty that may be assigned to him by the Chief executive officer.

vi. Certificates from foreign examination bodies for ordinary and advanced level of secondary education should be certified by the National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA).
vii. Certificates from foreign Universities should be verified by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU).
