Assistant Human Resources & Administration Officer II – Dar es salaam – Sugar Board of Tanzania

Qualification
Graduate in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or Business Administration (Human resources) or its equivalent from a recognized institution.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Administering SBT motor vehicles including monitoring of usage, allocation of fuel, repair and maintenance;
• Purchasing fuel and oil for the SBT generator as requested and monitor its usage, repair and maintenance;
• Administering utility services such as water, elevator, phone and electricity by ensuring that the bills are correct and settled on time;
• Processing leave applications and monitoring of leave dues and appropriate records;
• Maintaining and updating regularly personnel records;
• Enforcing staff regulations, code of conduct’ and updating of the same;
• Monitoring staff attendance to work place, inspection of registers and compilation of weekly SBT staff returns;
• Ensuring that each SBT staff is provided with a comprehensive job description;
• Administering staff welfare matters in the Board;
• Coordinating training of SBT junior staff as per the approved Training Programme:
• Performing any other duty as may be directed/assigned.
