Job purpose: Conceptualize, plan, develop, coordinate and execute (LIVE OR RECORDED) program/s to achieve maximum viewer interest, audience following, ad-sales profits and rating results

Responsibilities:
• Produce content for TV and Online.
• Produce content that resonates with viewers and adheres to organizational goals
• Conduct pre-production activities for the show to establish requirement and needs to produce the program.
• Direct post-production activities by providing the editor with necessary material for the program edit.
• Conduct marketing and promotional activities for the program while liaising with marketing section for needs and requirements.

Skills: Excellent Communication Skills fluent in English and Kiswahili

Qualificatiog :
Diploma in TV Production
2 years working experience in a TV stations in Tanzania.
Must have a knowledge of popular culture
