Office Technical Assistant – Dar es salaam – The United Republic Of Tanzania Reli Assets Holding Compyany

Principal Functions
• Project programming using appropriate IT software to prepare graphics and project schedules.
• Commissioning a newly-installed document filling system.
• Ensuring quality production of booklets for reports, projects, papers and documents.
• Developing suitable record keeping system for ease of accessibility whenever required.
• Maintaining databases and records.
• Coordinating correspondence, reports and documents.

Key Qualifications and Experience
• She/he must hold a Degree or an equivalent postgraduate diploma in computer engineering, information technology or other engineering discipline.
• She/he must possess knowledge of and have experience in word processing, graphics, spreadsheets and project scheduling (including, inter alis, Microsoft office, Powerpoint, Excel and Internet Explorer).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent office management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Kiswahili and English language skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• She/he must have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in similar assignments.

Tenure of Service
Two year contract (renewable)
