Program Manager – Construction Manager – Korea International Cooperation Agency

KOICA, Korea`s Official Government Agency which implements Official Development Assistance (ODA) Program for developing countries, would like to seek qualified personnel working with us in KOICA Tanzania office.

Brief Job Description
• Program Manager (PM) she/he will manage the portfolio of KOICA`s bilateral country program in overall by networking with relevant government authorities and Development Partner.
• Construction Manager (CM) she/he will manage construction part of two on-going projects-Maternal hospital in chanika, DSM and Serengeti Media Centre-in terms of quality assurance of architecture and construction, procurement, supervising consultant and contractor.

Qualifications (Minimal)
• (PM) 10 years experience in central (Line) ministry in the government of Tanzania or 7 years experience in international development (International Organization, National Agency, International NGO etc)
• (CM) 5 years experience in construction company, especially 2 years experience as planning manager.
