KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Development of the new Dar Es Salaam country office as a business hug service Tanzania
– Management of the office staff and budgets,
– Ensuring service excellent and full compliance with ISO 9001/2008 QMS requirements
– Managements reporting
– Management and delegation of management to the project terms from take –on to commission and hand-over of projects
– Resource planning and achieving

The Bosch will be supported by Bosch Holdings Sector Directors sugar, water energy and ports terminal industries roads and service finance

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD
– Bachelor or masters degree in mechanical , electrical, civil or process engineering
– Minimum 15 years experience in the constructions sector
– Have proven by the office management experience
– Have proven experience in marketing business development related to the professional engineering services
– Have a formal registrations as a professional project manager through PIM an added advantage
