Sales Team Leader – Arusha – FMCG

Job Summary: Guide the team that is charged with a product line contribution as a business unit. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company.

Job Description:
Should monitor the sales team and encourage sales by being a team player
Should monitor sales per product and work an achievement of sales budgets
Should monitor and increase presence of the products across all regions where feasible and possible
Develop new customers and products which will add value to the company in line with its strategy.
Collect direct orders from large customers/ co-ordinate delivery for all other sales team leads.
Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth – increasing market share within the stipulated margins by company directors.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in BA / Marketing
6+ years of Sales/Marketing within Plastics Manufacturing Industry
Knowledge & experience in blow moulding & Injection moulding.
Ability to travel to customer and non-customer sites
Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful products.
Fluent in English (reading/understanding, spoken, written)
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Good communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written
Active listening – ability to understand requirements
A high attention to detail
Proactive problem solver
Client focused
Deadline driven (Time management)
Self-motivated
