Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall management of finance and accounting functions of the company, including the following functions:
• Monthly financial and management accounts reporting
• Annual budget & rolling forecasts preparation
• Treasury management
• Intercompany transactions reconciliation
• Project cost control
• Taxation
• Audits (internal and external)
• CAPEX evaluation

Requirements
• University Degree in Accountancy with recognized professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ICMA,
• 8 years or above relevant experiences in the agrobusiness/manufacturing industry
• Familiar with PRC finance and taxation, strong knowledge in Tanzania, East Africa,
• SADC tax regulation and other regulatory requirements
• Good knowledge of Pastel Sage accounting package
• Good IT knowledge: Excel and Accounting systems
• Good command in both spoken and written English
• Able to work independently
• High integrity
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication & interpersonal skills
