Scope of Work
At the outset of the project, MDH will utilize the technical expertise of identified/Organization to train 35 economic strengthening groups, coaching, supervision, mediation and mentoring people living with HIV/AIDS, local Government, Local Faith-based organizations, and members of HIV/AIDS support groups. Selected organization will work hand in hand with MDH to conduct community sensitization meetings, 35 groups formation and finally intensive groups training which will be conducted for 12 days.

The implementation of this project will be in four phases from March to September 2016

Phase I: Introductory Phase. Duration: 1 Month
Phase II: Intensive Phase. Duration: 3 Months
Phase III: Development Phase. Duration: 2 Months
Phase IV: Maturity Phase. Duration: 1 Month

Requirements
Qualification and Experience
• Background qualification in Public health and economic strengthening services or related fields preferable.
• Certified organization in economic strengthening and saving scheme services.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the economic strengthening.
• Working experience with similar population in the region is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Tanzania saving scheme policies and strategies.
• Experience in consultancy and research work in economic strengthening services.
• Experience with PEPFAR activities on economic strengthening and saving scheme services VIKOBA.
• Excellent English report writing and communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Competency in computer programs, including word processing, spreadsheets and data analysis.
