DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 To assist in compiling evidences relevant for court cases involving the
Authority;
 To assist in dealing with legal routine correspondences addressed to
Authority;
 To assist in administering compliance to the terms of agreements and
contracts;
 To assist in maintaining an updated database of court decisions;
 To assist in pursuing insurance covers for employees, equipment and
premises is current.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) from any recognized University/Institution who has passed a
recognized practical legal training or undergone internship program recognized by the Attorney
General.

 REMUNERATION
Attractive remuneration package in accordance with CMSA scheme of service

INSTITUTE OF FINANCE MANAGEMENT (IFM)

 INTRODUCTION
The Institute of Finance Management was established by Act No. 3 of 1972 to provide training,
research and consultancy services in the fields of banking, insurance, social protection,
taxation, accountancy and related disciplines.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

ix. Certificates from foreign examination bodies for Ordinary or Advanced level education should be verified by The National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA) and National Council for Technical Education (NACTE);

x. Certificates from Foreign Universities should be verified by The Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU);
