Qualification/s Essential:
Bachelor/master degree/Post graduate in HR
Desirable: 5-7 years of experience in HR function
Computer Literacy: Yes, should we well verse with ERP/SAP/Talley
Special exposure required: Must be a good leader/ have Managed team independently
Knowledge required: Engaging presentation skill/strong sense of ethics/strong communication skill

Skills required:
Proactive, practical and proficient in communication skills, both oral and written
Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
