The Commonwealth Foundation is looking for an Intern to work in our Governance Programme in support of the activities of this area.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a small, diverse and dedicated team, with preferably a knowledge of the development arena and political processes.

Key Skills:
Research ability and some experience of monitoring and assessment
Strong writing skills
Good administration skills
Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office
Ability to be thorough, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines

Allowance: £50 per day
(an intern is not an employee and does not qualify for holiday or sickness pay)
Duration of internship: July 2016 to June 2017
Hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm, 5 days per week
Travel: It is anticipated (though cannot be guaranteed) that the Intern will be part of
one international mission during the duration of their internship
