KEY FUNCTIONS
– Coordinating of the evaluations process
– Design and implement pogramme M&E framework in alignment with strategic plan
– Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing on M&E
– Substantive lead role in and coordination’s support to the implementation’s of the UNDP and the delivering as one initiative

QUALIFICATIONS
– Master degree in M&E , BUSINESS OR Public Administrations’ , development statistic, project management, international relations , economics, political science, or related field
– 5 years experience at the national and international level in the international developer issues
– Experience in monitoring and evaluations , management of development projects and gender related policy matters
– Fluency in English and Kiswahili
