Record Management – The Roads Fund Board

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To keep maintain and update file index
• To keep file records and control file movement
• Ensure safe keeping of files and classifying documents
• Receive incoming mail and outgoing mail and sort them
• Deal with records and circulars from the government institutions
• To keep document mails in files sand
• To carry out any other related duties as may be assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS
• Holder a diploma in Records management from the recognized institutions
• Working experience of not less than 3 years in related field

Person attributes
Should be able to work diligently after office hours promote work and comprehend communicate effectively priories
