POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for supervision of the billing process to ensure that bills are timely produced and correctly
done.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• In-Charge of billing, data entry and meter reading section .
• Supervise-the meter reading-cycle to ensure the meter reading is completed within the scheduled time.
• Check the exception list before the data are entered the system to ensure correctness of
the bills
• Supervise the process of making correction in the billing system to ensure that the corrections
are genuine.
• Plans, monitors and controls the activities of members of section-in order to ensure the most effective utilization of resources and achievement of objectives and targets.
• Supervise data entry activities into the Hi- affinity system to ensure that all data is correctly and timely entered.
• Recommend to the Senior Revenue Accountant on the production of bills after checking for correctness to ensure that the bills are correct and produced in time.
• Supervise batching process to ensure is correctly done.
• Update customer accounts after checking the validation check list.

KEY KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU MUST POSESS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 years working experience.

REMUNERATION
An attractive compensation package based on performance and consummate with the responsibility will apply to the successful candidates.
