REQUIRED SKILLS
Ø Excellent skills in identify and preparing digital multimedia charts and other visual elements
Ø Ability to develop and integrate mobile applications
Ø Strong analytical in programming languages such as HTML 5 , FLASH, HPH AND JAVA
Ø Ability to identify prepare and edit content grammar and punctuations and style
Ø Very good command English and Kiswahili

QUALIFICATIONS
Ø Holder of bachelor degree in information’s technology or computer science or its equivalent from reorganization’s institutions must have 3 years experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Design implement and maintain ICT system
– Prepare specifications and user requirements
– Encode test debut, program modules
– Conduct ICT training to TSN staff
– Keep inventory of all ICT hardware and software library
– Perform any other duties assigned by the head of selections
