The incumbent will be responsible to oversee the overall implementation of HIV program among the adolescent girl and young women and other target vulnerable populations in multiple regions, coastal zone, and liaise the central-level stake holders including government

DUTIES
– Oversees and mange overall regional staff offices in the coastal zone implementation a project for the adolescence girls and young women and other target vulnerable populations so they can successfully
o Plant and coordinate all trainings
o Liaise with local stakeholders and local government authorities
o Conduct needs assessment, mapping and other preparatory activities as needed
o Supervise recruitment and monitoring o outreach workers and lay workers from peer groups
o Collect and report data on time Ly basis without errors

-oversees any related projects on evaluation of HIV prevention intervention for adolescent girl and young women and other target vulnerable populations
-Focal persons to liaise with central government leaders and other stakeholders on the programmer progress
-Lead the development of program SOPs and implementation in the general teams
– Manage technically any sub guarantees on the project –
– perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS
– Demonstrated working experience of a minimum 5 years in community – based HIV preventing or sexual about reproductive health program target youth, adolescent girl and young women and other vulnerable populations
– Demonstrated experience in application /proposal writing fund mobilizations and donor /central government liaison activities including development of reports and conducing presentations to high level stake holders
– Experience working in coastal zone regions of Tanzania including Dar Es Salaam
– Excellent computer skills
– Excellent written and verbal communications skills and English and Swahili
