The overall responsibility will be to provide Leadership to the Department Team and ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure adequate reserving and regular review
• Ensure prompt settlement of claims
• Ensure efficient claims processing
• Ensure prompt preparation of Management and Statutory Reports
• Ensure claims paid are within policy issued.

Qualifications and Experience
• Candidate must have a Degree in the relevant field in business or Law and ACLL qualifications.
• Seven (7) years working experience in General Insurance, three (3) of which should be in Claims Department as a Leader.
