(Candidate should have exposure to) Should have worked at Gold mining sites or Mining sites.
Should have a detailed knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, stores and warehouse.

Role and Responsibility at Hansa
· Reporting to Site Manager.
· Controls the Stores operations by insuring that all materials are correctly handled and recorded (including receiving, locating and issuing) using ERP or our overseas Operations.
· Ensures stock checking is followed by generating reports by ERP.
· Identifying potential problem areas, such as stock outs and low stock with the help of stock checking module in ERP.
· Ensures Store operations are run as per HSE policies.
· Co-coordinating the unloading/loading of delivery trucks and vehicles, including materials, material handling equipment and all consignment paperwork from ERP.
· Issuing the unpacking, acceptance/rejection of items and locating and/or disbursing activities for inventory, direct charge, and capital items according to order details in ERP & delivery notes from ERP.
· To ensure the items are correctly placed in the designated storage location according to identity and computer system coding.
· Responsible for verifying physical stock quantities against stock checklist received from ADP.
· Responsible for the correct issuing of materials on either requisition or picking slips or job cards from ADP.
