Total Tanzania is looking to recruit Young Graduate Trainees from diverse team of professionals. The trainees will join a diverse team of professional in delivering high quality products to customers and long term value to shareholders, initially, the trainees will undergo a six (6) months training program. Thereafter, the training contract could be renewed subject to individual overall performance up to eighteen (18) months. The programme is an opportunity for them to discover working life through a genuine hands-on professional experience and gain insight into how international company operates

Selected applicants will be given an opportunity to participate in an exchange program outside the Country. At the end of the training program, the trainees will be evaluated for permanent employment within the company depending on availability of opportunity

Eligibility
Applicants should have attained a minimum Upper 2nd Class Honours Degree from a recognized institution within the last two years in any of the following fields

Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Related Disciplines Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, and Communications, Law (LLB) or related business fields
